“Holidays in health” on the coast more services and physicians for tourists – New Venice

Caorle. New social and health services on the beaches, the region invests 3 million and 600 thousand euro on the program “Holidays in health.” It was presented yesterday in Caorle, the strengthening of the health service, this year, will involve the seaside resorts of Bibione, Caorle, Jesolo and Eraclea, which aims to improve the capacity of hospitals and emergency rooms in the territory but also add new possibilities and medical services. An idea that will see the first phase of start-up focused on Bibione and Jesolo but also expected to increase service to Caorle.

Emergencies. From 24 April to 30 September at the point of Bibioneè active intervention in the first 24 hours with the presence of duemedici day, a doctor of night, three nurses per shift, two pianists, two ambulances. Caorle A first point of intervention will be extended to 24 hours from May 1 to September 30, with the presence of such personnel in Bibione. A Eraclea mare will be activated for an ambulance station 12 hours a day during the period June 1 -14 September. In the emergency room of Jesolo from May 2 will be added within 24 hours of an intensivist, assisted by five nurses, four drivers, three medical social workers, three performers, two ambulances, enhanced all transport services.

Hospitals. In Jesolo enhanced departments of medicine, radiology, laboratory analysis and orthopedics with staff and flexible hours. Also in support of the activity on the coast also enhanced the emergency room, pediatrics, radiology and orthopedics in hospitals and San Dona di Portogruaro.

Medicine Primary. The primary care services for tourists will be guaranteed for the period from June to August, three surgeries business (Bibione, Caorle, Jesolo) and five general practitioners for tourists (Jesolo, Caorle, Eraclea mare). In the new building of the resort of Jesolo medicine from June to September will be activated with a clinic specialized activities, such as dermatology and cardiology.
