The power supply must be balanced: each meal should contain carbohydrates, protein, fiber and vitamins and low in fat, especially saturated fat. The second rule and ‘to increase the intake of water: this is the best choice to quench your thirst and’ a key element to keep the body in good health. “With high levels of humidity ‘, sweat does not evaporate quickly: this prevents the body from releasing heat efficiently and then and’ need to drink even when you do not feel thirsty,” said the specialists dell’Aigo. Third rule: light meals, nutrients and fat from which the fat has a thermal effect, that ‘carries the body to produce heat. “It ‘s important to keep in mind that you can’ cooking and seasoning tasty food even with only one or two tablespoons of olive oil per meal”, stressed the experts.

Specialists recommend then to limit the consumption of alcohol: even those who are ‘good health should consume a maximum of one or two glasses of wine a day. Another rule concerns the increased intake of fresh fruit in the form of salads, smoothies and fresh centrifuged, preferably without sugar. “Even the dried fruit and nuts – they explained – and ‘healthy but three or four nuts almonds a day is enough.” In addition, experts dell’Aigo recommend avoiding sugary foods and prefer the natural sugars in fruits and vegetables. “Those who have overweight problems or liver fat should not exceed 400 g of fresh fruit (or 700 g of watermelon) per day,” they said. The latest rules advised to avoid the intake of very salty foods, to make utmost attention to hygiene in the handling and preparation of food (in summer increases the risk of food-borne infections) and doing activities’ regular exercise (at least 3-5 times per week) of intensity ‘moderate (brisk walking, cycling, swimming) for at least 30-60 minutes.
