CAFFE 'OK OK OK - Copy A widely held belief is that the consumption of coffee ‘can lead to dehydration . But now ‘research disproves this myth. As you read in the journal PLoS One, not ‘found no link between moderate coffee consumption’ and dehydration. The research ‘was conducted by the University of Birmingham School of Sport and Exercise Sciences, UK. Drink a quantity ‘moderate coffee’ does not involve dehydration and contributes daily intake of fluids necessary just like the other drinks. The scientists compared the effects of moderate consumption of coffee ‘black and an equal volume of water on the fluid balance in the body of a group of volunteers. In particular, fifty males were involved in which ‘was asked to take four cups (200 milliliters) of coffee’ black or of water per day. This consumption did not cause large differences in the indicators of hydration than water.
