BUCINE – will be presented next Saturday, January 18 (from 10.00 to 12.00), at the Retirement Home Bucine a cookery course aimed at improving their well-being through a healthy diet.
The taste of health – this is the title of the initiative that will be presented by the Director of the Valdarno Zone District, Anna Domenichelli – is promoted by the House of Health Bucine in collaboration with Union of Municipalities of the Three Hills, RSA Bucine, Family Physicians and Local Health 8, and is characterized as a health education initiative through the adoption of healthy lifestyles.
During the course, the participants – supported by expert chefs ( Ilaria Riboletti) will learn practical ways to prepare healthy foods, learn how to choose healthier foods, experiment with recipes and information on the organization have in the kitchen.
The course consists of five meetings, which are held every Friday from 18.30 to 20.30. Four of practical elaboration of balanced menus, from appetizers to desserts, through techniques of preparing and cooking healthy. A meeting will be devoted specifically to desserts, the bakery and the breakfast.
