December 22 – In preparation for next week’s festivities, and in many cases of binge eating, the Ministry of Health has developed an information leaflet with ideas, tips and recipes useful for dealing with the holidays without forgetting the good habits.

It’s Christmas, good health to all! It is the hope that as minister of health address all of you.
Eat well, follow the principles of proper nutrition and above all teach them to our children, make them appreciate the taste and goodness of the Mediterranean diet, that the whole world envies us, is the best way to grow and live healthy. If, as it should be mandatory and as medicine suggests, were to mate to the diet of our house regular exercise, we would have solved most of the problems that result from improper lifestyles.
