Stamina, here is the new Scientific Committee of the Ministry of Health - Today

The Minister of Health, Beatrice Lorenzin, selected the names that will make up the Scientific Committee “pursuant to the order of the TAR of Lazio and taken into account as indicated by the Advocate General of the State” .

These are the criteria used for the selection of experts:

C) What are the required experience for the clinical evaluation of the folders.

The Committee shall be composed as follows:

Components: Sally Temple, Ph.D.: Scientific Director of the Neural Stem Cell Institute, NY (stem foreign expert); Curt R. Freed, MD: Head of Division and a professor at the University of Colorado (School of Medicine) (stem foreign expert), Vania Broccoli: Head of Unit of the Division of Neuroscience Stem Cell Research Institute, San Raffaele Hospital – Milan (Italian expert stem); Francesco Frassoni: Director center stem cells and cell therapy Giannina Gaslini Hospital – Genoa (Italian expert stem), Carlo Dionisi Vici: Metabolic Diseases – Department of Pediatrics – Children’s Hospital Bambino Gesù – Rome (expert clinical cell therapy); Birds Antonio: Center for Multiple Sclerosis, University of Genoa, Neuroimmunology Center of Excellence for Biomedical Research (CEBR) – (clinical cell therapy expert)
